Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
employees negligence
i worked for a company 5 years. I have suffered 5 back injuries. there doctor sent me back with saying pulled muscle. I had a specialist send me for an mri and found that i had deteriorating disks. the compny i worked for new the truck i was driving was damaged on the roof but didn't fix it. so in the rain and dark i was unloading the truck at our other warehouse and the box inside the truck ripped due to being wet and i flew out of the back of the truck and landed on my back. i have not worked since then and am in voc.rehab. question is? due i have a negligence suit on the doctor or my old job?
