Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
excessive force on wheelchair man being falsy arrested
I'm in a wheelchair (paralyzed ) a paraplegic for 20 years. i was falsely accused of battery, and handcuffed and thrown to the ground from my chair in fron of my wife and 8 yr old child. They twisted my arms so bad I could barely move them the next day to push myself around. I want to sue the police for brutality. Do i have a chance to sue?

You can always sue.
In my years in law, I have learned there are 3 sides to every law suit: yours, the police, and the truth.

You can sue, but I'm not sure the value of the case is worth the expense, etc. unless you have residual injuries.
