Extremely Traumatic Mistake By a Doctor
I went to a Gyno dr. and she cut a 3 inch inscision to drain a Bartholin Gland Cyst ( in Labial Fold) She did not even reach the gland, I blead profusly, Xtrmly painful, she did not sew me up...they couldn't find stitching supp. had seriuos comp.& Infect. Had to have emerg. surg. w/ diff. Doc next day. Still in rec. New Marraige suffering too! health & sexual complications now. Please Advise. Thank You

According to your statement, you have an excellent malpractice case against the ob-gyn.
Follow Mr. Roth's advice, and find an attorney who specializes in medical malpractice.

These cases are difficult since juries don't like to find against doctors, but, again, yours sounds very solid and based upon your zip code, your jury pool should be better than average.
You should go with a lawyer who has done a lot of this work since the defense lawyers and insurance companies know those who have and those who haven't. I know, I did exclusively medical malpractice defense work for six years before I left to represent plaintiffs.
