female charged in stanislaus county, texting while driving hit an dkilled a bicyclist and fled the scene. Called 911 two hours later & reported hitting a dog. female a senior in college,crimiinal justice major friendly with law enforcement. Second call placed after accident-sherriff. Bicyclist died at scene. (9-1-2010) suspect not arrested til jan.3, 2011. sentnecing to take place 12-15-2011. what can victims friends and family do to ensure she gets max sentence
