can we file a claim?
My aunt has recently suffered life threatening medical complications and is now permanently disabled. She was taking VIOXX daily for over 5 years and has suffered many of the side effects which are listed on the recall. We are in California. Can we still file a claim?

I need more information about your aunt. What side effects has she suffered and do you have a medical report documenting same? When did she discover it was Vioxx that is causing her serious health problems?
