Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
if I file a general denial to an Amended Complaint, do I still have to answer to any more requests for admissions or interrogatories from plaintff? What if the complaint says verified but i know for a fact the plaintiff lied throughout the whole complaint

A general denial is just a pleading stating that you are controverting the material allegations of the complaint. It does not affect your obligations to respond to discovery. If the plaintiff has made false statements in the complaint under oath, you may be able to use those to your advantage in trial.
