Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
We filed a lawsuit (personal injury) in California against 3 defendants. All three came back with offers to settle, can we accept 2 out of 3 and continue suing the third?

Yes, you can. Just make sure that when you dismiss the parties who settle from the case, you don't dismiss the entire action, and also makes sure that the respective releases you will be signing in exchange for payment will not include any language that says that you release all parties.
You can then proceed against the remaining defendant in the usual course of litigation.
