Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I am filing a wrongful death case that arose from medical malpractice. The case is more than $25,000 so its unlimited jurisdiction. Went to LA filing court locator. It shows Unlimited Civil (exclude Personal Injury) and Unlimited Civil (Personal Injury) . I am assuming Personal Injury covers wrongful death. Is it correct to choose Unlimited Civil (Personal Injury) as filing court.

Yes. In LA county, all unlimited injury cases are filed downtown (except for cases in the high desert, which are filed in Victorville)
