Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Food Product

I found a rock in a can of soup. What, if anything, should I receive from the company - I sent in rock and they confirmed that it was a ''small gray stone, approximatly .5cm by .4cm.''

Re: Food Product

You will probably receive a few coupons for more soup. Perhaps this may be a great opportunity to begin a stone collection.

Anyway, in order to sue the soup company you must have some sort of damage, E.g., a chipped tooth, etc. Finding a stone by itself is not enough to bring a lawsuit. Good luck.

My friend, unless you were in some other way injured, all you're entitled to is another can of soup.
