Barring some unusual circumstances, a girl scout coming to your front door to sell cookies is not a trespass.

It would be an "implied invitation".

You're kidding! You mean I guessed correctly? She was there to sell Girl Scout Cookies when your dog attacked her? As I told you in your last post, trying to paint this poor girl as the bad guy to escape responsibility is going to blow up in your face. Don't do it. And the other attorneys are correct. There is an implied invitation in the law to allow strangers to knock on doors for legal purposes, even evangelists early Sunday morning.
