giving birth alone
I delivered my son alone in the hospital 8 years ago because the hospital was lack of medical professional. I still have that trauma until now. Now that my husband want to have another baby, that trauma is getting stronger. Can I still complain even though it happen 8 years ago.

You do not have a case unless you have significant damages. Are you saying that you were alone and no nurses were around when the baby came out? Your question was not very specific. It will cost $5000 to hire an expert to give an opinion whether the hospital was negligent. Do you have money to advance for that? Was your baby harmed?
