Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
good afternoon
I was in a car accident about a year ago. I found a lawyer to represent me. I called about one month ago telling the office I finished all medical procedures. No one has called me back or left a message regarding the claim? In fact, I have left several messages whats next for me to do?

You may wish to obtain a new attorney.
May be that attorney did not get your message but that does not seem likely. You may want to try attempting to call the attorney again without delay! If you leave a second message and there is no return call it is up to you to deside if that works for you or not. But a continuing failure to respond like that suggests the attorney does not consider you or your case as very important. You should probably consider firing that attorney and retaining a new one who will value you as a client. I hope this helps. Regards, Bob Worth
