Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Gov. Code Section 945.6(B) toll the 6 month claim statute to file civil suit until your civil rights are restore(i.e.being release)your 6 months start from that point not the date of accident..Does the 2 year statute to file law suit comments at that point as well?case law states that 945.6(b) is a tolling provision(cal.tort claims act.)..thank you if you could make it 100% clear to understand..

Never assume any statute of limitations is tolled -- especially government claims statutes. They are tricky even for lawyers. If you are worried about this, then you need to get a lawyer on board.
