Harrassment! Defamation of Character

I have just filed for divorce from my husband and he is harrassing me. He currently lives in Italy(American Citizenship) and has sent at least two known explicit video tapes of me (He has the original that did include him) The versions have since been edited. He has sent them to various addresses. I have retreived the two in their original packaging postmarked from Italy. He also claims to have placed the video on a website. My question is what can I do about this legally? Please advise...

1) Send a cease and desist letter by registered mail; 2) Think about hiring an attorney in Italy and suing for invasion of privacy; 3) Think about notifying postal inspectors that he's sending unsolicited pornographic materials through the mail; 4) Think about getting a civil harassment restraining order barring him from contacting you by mail; 5) Check the internet to see if the video is on there and if so, think about suing for invasion of privacy. Sounds like you made the right choice to get out of that marriage.
