Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
I went in to the hospital for 2 slipped disc operation I came out of surgery what I thought was OK I got very sick after the surgery and had to have emergency surgery because the doctor put 2 holes into my colan and I had to have my stomach openned up twice because I could not go to the bathroom I had to wear one of those bags for 2 months until it healed. I myself almost died I was told and my pain and suffering should be worth something. I'M still not better and it has been a long journey something I would never wish on anybody it was aweful.

I fully agree that you should be compensated for your pain. While a perforation or puncture of the organ being treated I do not believe that would apply to another organ or part of your body. You should speak to an attorney. Also be advised that there is a one year statute of limitations and you must give the surgeon and surgery center at least 90 days notice of intent to sue if that is your plan. I hope this helps.
