Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
got hurt at a bar
one of the customers who was a male poured mace in my eyes and beat me up at a bar in west hollywood, california.
I need an attorney on contingency basis. I am suing the bar since they didn't have security to protect me.

Bar fights aren't contingency fee cases. They are BYFC (Bring Your Favorite Checkbook) cases.

Hello.
It is very likely that the bar will be liable for your injuries and not be able to provide safe environment. If you would like to discuss this further, feel free to contact me.

I am sorry to read about your terrible experience at the bar. My office does handle premise liability cases on a regular basis and has been very successful with similar cases in the past. This is the type of case we would in fact handle on a contingency basis. Please feel free to contact me at 818.385.0520.
