Hurt at school
My 16 year old son's arm was broken by one of the classmates who threw my son up to the shoulder and dropped him. The incident happened at PE class at school one year and half ago. Still, the case is not settled. Could you please tell me if there is a case? Many thanks.

Your son appears to have a case for negligent supervision against the school. If it is a public school, you must file a claim against the school district within 6 months, otherwise your son will lose his right to pursue this any further.
You might also have a case against the ofending boy and his parents. However, more facts are needed in order to make that determination. Let me know if I can help.
