Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

My husband was in a auto accident he was not at fault and my husband suffed sever bodily injury. The other driver was driving on a susp. lic and no ins. and no proof of registration and the CHP officer did nothing he let him drive away from the accident. What should I do my husband is not disabled and lost his job

Have your husband contact a personal injury attorney in your locality about filing an "uninsured motorist" claim against his own auto insurance carrier, if he has uninsured motorist coverage.

Mr. Stone is correct. If your husband has uninsured motorist coverage, he can make a claim under this coverage. If he was in the course and scope of his employment at the time of the accident he can also make a workers compensation claim.
