Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
My husband was driving my car after picking me up from work. He was going north bound on Corbin towards Nordhoff when a car coming from the opposite direction starts crossing the yellow line to turn into a business and we hit him from the side. His insurance company is now saying he has witnesses and they have had an adjuster come out but it sounds as if the other driver does not think he is at fault. I would like some advice on what to do next. The claims adjuster advised that we let our insurance fix the car and send them the bill???? Not sure what to do. My and my oldest son were injured, both of my knees and chest from the seat belt and his knee from hitting it on the back of the seat upon impact.

Contact your own liability insurance company. They will guide you through this.
About the property damage: it's usually faster to get your car fixed when you go through your own carrier, especially when there is a liability dispute. Your carrier will then pursue a subrogation claim against the other carrier, and if they win you will get your deductible back.
About your personal injuries: you need to hire an attorney right away. There are few accidents that are so clear that an insurance company can't find a way to try and stick it to you, and that's what's happening to you now. Call me toll-free at 877-LION-FOR-LAW (546-6367)
Michael is correct that using your own carriier to fix your car is often faster. He also points out that you need a lawyer which I hartily agree with. Anytime the insurance company has an unrepped claimant they tr and tack advanage of them.
