Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
do i need to get an incident report from the hospital that i fell at, i was out of state that i fell. I gashed my head over my eye brow.

If you think you have grounds to sue the hospital because they caused your fall, you should have filed an incident report at the time or shortly thereafter. Late filed claims are an indicator of fraudulent claims. It doesn't mean they are, but they will be investigated for fraud. If you don't plan to sue, an incident report is irrelevant.
