If I was injured on the job in1988 in the state of california. I was set to go to trail in april of 1992, for a mental and physical disablities. Herequested me to go to washington state to take over the family business and under undue influence I left california and was told I was given the family business in washington. Two months from my workman's comp case going to trail. I under undue influence and not of sound mind chose to settle and compromise the W.C case in california. Once in Washington , I was let go by my father's business. I later found out that my identity had been used since 1984 through 1992 to aquire funding and capital to build the business and purchase machinery. What can I do today in 2010 to reopen my workman;'s comp claim that I have not recovered from injuries but my medical conditions have worsen?

There is nothing you can do. What undue influence? That by itself would not be enough. How are you going to show you were not of sound mind then and why you waited until now to do something. Too much time has passed, the defendant was not the one who caused you to give up your rights
