Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

If I was injured on the job in1988 in the state of california. I was set to go to trail in april of 1992, for a mental and physical disablities. Herequested me to go to washington state to take over the family business and under undue influence I left california and was told I was given the family business in washington. Two months from my workman's comp case going to trail. I under undue influence and not of sound mind chose to settle and compromise the W.C case in california. Once in Washington , I was let go by my father's business. I later found out that my identity had been used since 1984 through 1992 to aquire funding and capital to build the business and purchase machinery. What can I do today in 2010 to reopen my workman;'s comp claim that I have not recovered from injuries but my medical conditions have worsen?
