Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Injured by military device

Someone was cleaning up property and they found a device that blew up on me when they picked it up--it blew up--It was a military explosive, not on military property---name removed---1 month later, 2 men lost their lives due to military explosives, again not on military property-- Who's responsible???? Please respond ASAP.

If it was an on-the-job injury or death, then there is a Workers Comp claim. You might also be able to sue the govt. under the Federal Tort Ckaims Act. I would be pleased to consult with you, or with the next of kin, free of charge if you are in SoCal.

Need a lot more information than you provide. The spouse and/or children of the deceased should consult a personal injury lawyer. There is not charge typically. Anyone else injured by this ordinance should do the same.
