Serious Injuries on a dangerous Torn Los Angeles city street

apparently the city of los angeles has been aware of the extremly hazardous torn up alley/street for many months. i have serious injuries to my arm shoulder, knee shin hip and leg/foot that will take months of dr help and healing who do i sue and how? is this still a persnl injury case or another area? thanks so much

You only have six months to file a claim with the City's Risk Management Department. Then when claim is rejected you may sue. You should get represented now. Call md directly.
