Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Injury on bank property

My sister fainted at a California bank branch and was taken by ambulance to the emergency room, where she was treated for facial lacerations. Are medical bills incurred as a result of personal injury on bank property (local bank branch, injury not related to negligence) payable by bank's insurance?

One needs to look at the policy. The bank has no obligation to pay, so its liability policy provisions do not cover this situation. But, may policies have a provision providing limited med pay related to any injury occuring on the premises to someone invited on the property, such as the patron of a bank or store.
