injury on driveway

if someone gets beat up on my drive way and i am not involved, can i be sued?

If you do get sued, you can turn it over to your homeowner's insurance carrier.

If you did nothing to cause, or be involved, with the beating, you should have no trouble.

It is possible that you could be sued, but you will not be held responsible.
