Insurance company not paying

if the company has accepted liability but is dragging its feet on paying on the property damage claim do you sue the insurance company or the car owner/driver?

I am assuming you were involved in an vehicle accident that was not your fault, and the defendant's insurance company is dragging its heels. If I am wrong, disregard this.

The answer is to sue the owner and/or driver.

However, normally your insurance company pays, so I assume you had no property damage coverage, or no insurance.
