Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I was involvolved in a car accident. I was rear ended by another person. She has acepted all responsibility. My car will now be considered only fair condition and not excellent as it was prior to the accident, even after the repairs. Should she pay the difference in its worth now ? Should I get an attorney or work with her insurance only ??

You can ask for loss of value, since your vehicle is now damaged since it was in an accident, however the insurance companies flight like crazy to not pay that, and even attorneys are not always able to recover that aspect.
