Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
I went to jack in the yesterday and scarfed down my combo meal and saved my large cup. I put in the sink and to wash it in the morning and when I dumped the melted ice out the handle that dispenses the Iced tea fell out. I was so disgusted is this something I can sue the franchise for.!!

Unless there's more to the story I don't think you've been injured enough to justify a lawsuit. But if you complain to the manager, you may get some modest compensation -- most likely in the form of gift certificates.
