Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Knowingly know your husband is dying

My sister-inlaw left my brother while he was dying. He was turning blue at 3pm and told his son and my neice to help he reposition body. My nephew told me she said he is fine and is always blue. At 6:00pm she left the house with his 3 boys and returned after ambulance got their. My nephew told me they moved his body three times. She is a M.A and has knowledge of the medical field. Is it against the law to let him lie in wait?

I agree with Mr. Roth.

At this point, there is no legal matter to be handled by an attorney. Report it to the appropriate local authority.
