Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

My landlord wanted to talk with me and in my apt. put his hands on me, on my arm, sliding his hand up and down, and also on my back, up and down, then played with his balls by putting his hand under his shorts. Wants me to let him in whenever he comes by. What do I do about this.

I'm not sure. I think this is a sexual harassment issue. Landlord/tenant attorneys are ill equipped to answer your questions.
