Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

lead poison

i have been feeling really tired and weak for a long while and was placed on serval treatments for this....then i started having very short term memory and my doctor placed me on medication for that as well......i could never figure out why.....and my neice stayed with me and was pregnant and even got sick.....i knew there was something wrong with my house and could not figure it out......she ended up with something wrong with her oxygen in her blood causing her baby to go in stress and she spent a week in the hospital.

here it is a year and half later and we were shopping and noticed a picture of some dishes i bought a long while ago....on recall for high levels of lead......and spoke to the store manager about it and i really think this was my problem.......is there any advice for me ....i have no knowledge of this kind of case or about lead.

thnx

Re: lead poison

If we can prove that what you suffer from is lead poisoning I'd take the case. That is unfair. You may contact me.

Re: lead poison

This is an interesting situation. If, in fact, you suspect lead poisoning, the first thing that I can tell you is to make certain that you preserve the suspected dishware, as you will need to preserve the evidence. Additionally, you will need to have blood work taken, looking specifically for lead poisoning. If you've confirmed lead poisoning, you must begin appropriate treatment.

Addressing this from a legal standpoint,we will need to have the evidence tested and retain the appropriate experts that you will ultimately need in order to prove your case.

Please do not delay in seeking counsel. I would be happy to speak with you and would address any of your questions in terms of how to deal with this matter appropriately and efficientlyfrom both a legal side, and in assisting you to make certain that you seek appropriate medical care.

Please feel free to call.

Re: lead poison

Lead is certainly a harmful substance. You should see a doctor and see if he/she can make a connection between lead and your sickness. In the event the connection is made, the store and manufacturer of the dishes would have liability. Give us a call for further info.
