Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I want to know ,is it legal to have a settltment check madeout t two attorneys,and not client and attorney.? iwas referred to another attorney.they have their name on the check ,which i have yet to see,is this legal

Yes, it is perfectly legal and often done to expidite you getting your settlement by wise attorneys.

Yes it is .If both attorneys have worked on your case and the first attorney claims a lien for the reasonable value of his services and or costs the insurance company must include his name on the settlement draft.
