liability

I let someone use my car when they were drunk and they damaged it. Who is liable?

If they were drunk at the time you lent them your car you are both negligent. If only your car was damaged then you get back from the driver the cost of repair minus a percentage, maybe as high as 50% or more because of your negligence in giving a drunk a car to drive. Some Courts or juries may not award you anything.
