liability issue

i was involved in a accident, no fault of my own, with an uninsured driver. I had a passenger in my auto. I am responsible for her injuries? does her own uninsured motorist policy pick up her medical bills?

If the other driver had no insurance then your uninsured motorist coverage should cover you and your passenger's injury. If you don't have UM coverage and your passenger had UM coverage on another car, your passenger is still covered, Call us at 213.388.7070 if you need representation.
