Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

liability release for a school fundraising event

Our parent association is hosting a scavenger hunt around our community. People will compete in tasks, some physical and will be using their own transpotation. We know we need to have all the contestants sign a release to not hold liable our PA,the school or any of the sponsors. We are non-profit and currently have no funds to pay an attorney to write something for us, so we need advise to do it on our own.

A release may not be enough, make sure you have insurance.
