Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
I live in the state of CA and in process in finalizing a settlement for a DUI car accident. I am one of the plaintiffs. One of the other plaintiff's who was in another car is a known meth addict and is harboring her boyfriend who has a warrant. Can a settlement be given to someone of this nature? Thank you.

A person is entitled to compensation for injuries and losses wrongfully caused by another person, period. It has nothing to do with anything else about them, who they are or what they do.
