how long do i have to put off a surgery on workers compensation before they kick me off my benefits?

If you need surgery, why put it off? If you are not suffering that much, depending on what the surgery is for, why have the surgery? Surgery is the last step in treatment. You have a reasonable period of time but after a while the claims adjuster will wonder if you really need it.
