Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I lost my three luggage in the hotel. I went to Disneyland on June 28 at 8:30 in the morning, I locked the door and turn off the lights, and I was back to hotel about 7:40pm. when I came back, the door was open, my three luggage was missing. I called the police right away. The insurance company said they asked the housekeeper, she did not take anything from my room. again, no matter what my luggage was missing inside of my room. They just told us to wait for insurance company to solve it because the worker said they can not do anything for that. I wait for almost two month, the insurance company said they will not pay anything.can I sue the company?thank you

You could sue the hotel in Santa Ana small claims court, good luck with that, and remember the legal time limit for lawsuits regarding "recovery or conversion" of "baggage alleged to have been left at a hotel" is only 90 days from the date you check out! (CCP 341a). Make sure your lawsuit is filed by September 26!
