Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
How can you make it legal for a person in there wheelchair to be strapped down to the bed of the truck also according to DMV.com it says it's legal to have a seat strapped the the frame of the truck but I do not know if that applies to wheelchairs

Why would anyone want to be on public dislike looking like a minor pope riding in the rear bed of a pickup? People would assume you are insensitive to the feelings of the person being treated like a dog.

There is no legal way to secure a wheelchair to a truck bed for passenger purposes.
