Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I took a medical mal practice case to small claims court for my grandson whos now three years old I did not file an appointment of guardian AD LITEM the judge threw the case out with prejudice because of that form. Now two years have passed since I filed in small claims court but my grandson was injured july 2007 what do I do now what route can I take? since it was thrown out of court. How do i file again?

Unfortunately by waiting so long you probably have no chance due to statutes of limitations. Your only hope is to call a lawyer TOMORROW MORNING and hope they can do something for you. There is no help for a problem this bad on the internet.
