Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I met with an accident on march17th. My husband was driving and I was sitting in the back seat. I got blow at back and head. There was no external injuries but I am getting backache and neck pain . My husband was not having his insurance at that time. Opposite party insurance is offering 900$ for the discomfort . At present I am pregnant and I am worried in late trimester there are more chances of getting backpain . So what I have to do now.?
