Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

minor shot in face/personal injury

My daughter, age 12, was shot in face with a pellet gun by neighbor, age 12. It shot out her entire front tooth resulting in 25,000.00 damages so far. She is suffering from PTSD as a result so psychological injury is being claimed. A lawsuit was filed against gun owner (parent). Are there laws that would require her to turn over private journals/computer writing if they existed or would she be protected because she's a minor? I need specific laws or previous case laws that pertain to this.

You need a personal injury attorney,

No lawyer in these forums is going to spend hours and hours of his/her time looking up specific laws and cases. This is not a charity.

If a suit has been filed,I assume that you have a lawyer. Let that lawyer do his or her job. If you don't have a lawyer, get one.
