Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

i have a mold infested condo. the HOA attorneys have now sent me a 10 paragraph letter releasing all parties from responsibility if they fix it. im now 7 months into this nightmare. sick as a dog from mildew/musky mold staink, mold on walls with wet carpet. the hoa is responsible for all slabs, foundation, sprinklers that saturated the outside stucco, absolutely no wiggle room for them. this year 2 major heart surgeries from stress and grief, lies, dishonesty, being ignored, every mold symptom attacks while rolling around in this wheelchair. thanks in advance for you assistance
