mold and mildew /transplant patient
Wife had a kidney transplant, and recently went into pre renial failiure and is awaiting another a kidney she is currently on the list, my question is this we recently had to move out of home due to mold and mildew, could this have been a contributing factor to her kidney failure?

You have to ask a doctor expert in this area since proof will require the support of a credible expert. But, even if it did premises liability requires proof of negligence by the homeowner or property manager, meaning notice of the condition and a failure to act timely and reasonably with respect to the condition.
