i had a mold/personal injury case that settled in 8/09 i was paid all money due to me by my attorney ,but my kid is 17 years old and the attorney will not release her money untli she turns 18 years old how can i get her money for her and deposit it in her savings account for her until

The court will not release the money until the minor is 18 years old, unless you get a court order, which would be unlikely, except if there is some extreme need to have the money now. The courts want to wait untili the minor is 18 and hopefully mature enough to not waste the money. And to avoid letting the parents take the mmoney from the child.
