Neck Injury in Car Accident

I have $2000 in med bills from chairopractor, and $1800 in damages to my vehicle from a rear-end collision. How do I maximize my settlement claim?

Usually, the insurance company will pay for the vehicle repairs promptly, unless the body shop you have chosen gives a higher estimate than the adjuster for the company thinks is warranted.

As to maximizing your claim for neck injuries, almost always a personal injury attorney will be able to get more money for you, than if you represent yourself. Remember that the insurance companies did not become rich by handing out gifts. They will deal with you, but you are better off with a lawyer.
