Is my neighbor liable for my sons broken arm?

My son broke his arm on my neighbors property when he was doing some work for him. Do I have a personal injury claim.

I would certainly agree with the answer of Mr. Roth, however, I have a few further questions.

How exactly did it happen? Is it merely a broken arm, or (hopefully, not) something permanent?

Has the neighbor turned the claim over to his insurance carrier, and have you talked to them?

Please feel free to e-mail, or call, my office with some more facts, and I'll try to help you more.

Not unless your neighbor did something or failed to do something that would have avoided the injury and that a reasonable person would or would not have done under the circumstances. You neighbor probably has med pay on the homeowners insurance which should pay most or all of the bills.
