Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
My neighbor MS. Patsy was injured in a grocery store in Berkeley two years ago when one of their 100- lb display water fountains fell over and hurt her as she and her friend Shelby were shopping; the grocery store staff was supposed to send Patsy a claim form but never did after repeated requests to provide same; an attorney filed a lawsuit for Patsy on 8/8/2014; the Respondents have Answered the Complaint; the lawyer has informed Patsy that she needs to hire a Personal Injury Attorney immediately, to protect her interest in her lawsuit. Patsy is in her 80's and is in dire need of legal representation, as she can no longer walk without assistance due to her injuries from the Incident. Patsy heeds help to find a lawyer to represent her for the personal injury lawsuit.
