Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

My neighbor has been video taping me and my freinds and visitors comings and goings from my home. I was arrested for prostitution. I am a massage therapist and work from my home. This was on every new channel and paper for 2 days. DA may or may not file. But asuming they don't file. Would I have a case. I lost my home my children fells uncofortable at school. cps has been harassing me. I had to send my kids out of town. I can't rent a home..If this is a case how much could I get for damages asuming I have a good case?

Sorry. You don't have a case, but the D.A. probably does. I am more concerned with the CPS issue. Here is what you need to do: Never, Never "do business" in the same dwelling where your children live. Simple. I know it is an added expense to secure another apartment, but surely you could "timeshare" with others. You will find CPS much easier to satisfy if you do this, and then submit proof to CPS. I am not suggesting confessing. Just show them the lease and say that when you "entertain men friends" it is at this other address. Surely you make enough to pay for a share of a one room efficiency apartment and a baby sitter?
